A few days bringing the Kapstone teams together around a shared goal: taking a step back, strengthening team spirit and reflecting on how our professions are evolving, particularly with the rise of artificial intelligence.
In early October, the Kapstone teams gathered in Menorca for our 2026 seminar.
A welcome change of scenery that gave us the opportunity to step away from our day-to-day routines, spend time together and discuss the transformations that are gradually reshaping our professions.
Combining strategic discussions, training focused on artificial intelligence, a boat trip and informal moments together, these few days provided the perfect balance between collective reflection and team bonding in a setting far removed from our usual working environment.
Taking a step back to reflect on our professions
The fields of accounting, audit, payroll, human resources, legal services and advisory are evolving rapidly.
Companies’ expectations are changing, tools are becoming increasingly sophisticated and new technologies are gradually transforming the way we work.
In this context, taking the time to step back and reflect is essential.
The Kapstone 2026 seminar gave us an opportunity to share a common perspective on these developments and to discuss our practices, working methods and the new opportunities emerging across our professions.
Beyond technology, our objective remains unchanged: to continue providing our clients with reliable, people-focused support tailored to their specific challenges.
Artificial intelligence at the heart of our discussions
Among the topics explored this year, artificial intelligence naturally played an important role.
Part of the seminar was dedicated to a training session designed to help our teams better understand the possibilities offered by these technologies and their practical applications in a professional environment.
Our goal is not to use artificial intelligence simply for the sake of adopting a new tool.
It is first and foremost about identifying the applications that can genuinely create value: simplifying certain tasks, making information more accessible, improving productivity and supporting analysis and decision-making.
For our professions, this evolution also represents an opportunity to devote more time to what truly makes a difference in our relationships with clients: understanding their challenges, providing advice, applying our expertise and delivering high-quality human support.
Artificial intelligence is therefore gradually becoming an additional tool for our teams — one that must be integrated with a thoughtful, responsible and pragmatic approach.
Learning together to keep moving forward
The transformation of our professions is not driven by technology alone.
It also depends on our ability to share knowledge, experiment with new approaches and develop our skills collectively.
Bringing everyone together during the seminar created the kind of dedicated space for discussion that can sometimes be difficult to find in our day-to-day schedules.
It allowed team members to share experiences, discover new practices and consider how emerging tools can best be adapted to the real needs of their respective professions.
This culture of collective learning is an essential part of the way Kapstone approaches change and innovation.
Strengthening relationships beyond the workplace
A seminar is also an opportunity to spend time together in a different setting, and our few days in Menorca included plenty of informal and convivial moments.
A boat trip, restaurants and time spent discovering the island gave our teams the opportunity to connect outside their usual working environment.
These moments are an important part of life at Kapstone.
They allow colleagues from different areas of expertise to get to know one another better, create new connections and strengthen the relationships that make collaboration easier on a daily basis.
In a professional environment where projects are becoming increasingly cross-functional, maintaining this proximity between teams is essential.
Our people at the heart of Kapstone’s evolution
Technology will continue to evolve. So will our tools and, with them, some of our working methods.
But the way we approach these changes remains fundamentally collective.
Our ambition is to continue developing Kapstone by combining expertise, technology, continuous learning and strong human relationships.
Our 2026 seminar in Menorca was another reflection of this approach: taking the time to consider what comes next, explore new possibilities, share experiences and, above all, move forward together.
Thank you to all the Kapstone teams for their energy, commitment and positive spirit throughout these few days.
