Carrying out work in commercial premises located in a condominium building

As a tenant, you do not have a legal relationship with the condominium. You are therefore not entitled to request authorization to carry out the work on the leased premises from the general meeting of the co-owners. It is your landlord who must do so. Unless a clause in the commercial lease expressly gives you the task of making any necessary authorization requests to the general meeting of the co-owners. However, be aware that for such a clause to be valid, it must be sufficiently clear and precise.
